2.1. All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) exclusive of GST (7%).
2.2. Users outside of Singapore will also pay in Singapore Dollars (SGD), however exclusive of GST (contact Customer Service).

2.5. Trop Aquarium takes every caution to selecting your orders. However, slight variations from product photos may exists, as not all fishes are the same.
2.6. If your Account has been hacked or you have forgotten your Password, you have to inform our Customer Service soonest possible. Trop Aquarium shall not be responsible for any loss of Privacy data if your account is hacked.
2.7. Trop Aquarium reserves the rights to update and change our website at any time. If prices are updated, any pending orders will be informed and we have the right to reject the order. However, only if Users are agreeable to the price change, then will the order proceed.
3.1. All Users are to ensure that orders made are Correct. We will try our best to change your orders if a mistake is found, but Trop Aquarium holds no liability if you checkout the wrong item and it has already been dispatched.
3.2. All stocks are limited and are sold on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. If items are unavailable, we will inform the User and suggest for a substitute item. If User rejects the substitute item, the full amount of this item will be refunded back to the User.
3.3. Cancellation of orders after the confirmation of payment can only be made before the Product Availability has been confirmed. Users may contact Customer Service for cancellation if Product Availability has been confirmed, but Trop Aquarium reserves all rights to reject the cancellation.
3.4. We accept payment via Paypal and Bank Transfer. As payment made are using Third-Party websites, we shall not be responsible for any unauthorised access when making an order with us.
4.1. If Self-Collection is selected, Users can only collect their items during our Showroom’s Operating Hours (10am to 5pm).
4.2. Users may reschedule for their Self-Collection if they are unable to collect on that day. However, 7 days after your first scheduled collection date, a $1.00/day fee will be imposed for late collections.
4.3. For Home Delivery, items will be dispatched 3-5 working days upon confirmation of Product Availability. You may track your items at ___. Upon checkout, users agree to all Home Delivery charges.
4.4. Home Delivery Charges are only applicable for delivery in Mainland Singapore. Trop Aquarium reserves all rights to reject for delivery to any places with restricted access or are inaccessible.
4.5. Users should ensure that he/she is personally present, or an authorised recipient is present during to receive the parcel. If the recipient is not present and parcel cannot be accepted, re-delivery charges will apply for every subsequent delivery of item.
4.6. If there is a change in Delivery Address or that the recipient is not available to receive the parcel, and that the delivery has already been initiated, a re-delivery charges will apply for every subsequent delivery of item.
4.7. All Users shall be liable to provide a valid and existing address for delivery. Re-delivery charges will apply for every subsequent delivery of item.
4.8. If Users would like to change the Delivery Mode, please kindly contact Customer Service before the Product Availability has been confirmed. For Late change of Delivery Mode and if the items has been dispatched by us, Trop Aquarium will not refund any Delivery charges involved.
